In 1996, with the dawn of the open economy, three enterprising individuals teamed up to form what was to become one of Sri Lanka's leading enterprises.

PACS Engineering (Pvt) Ltd was incorporated to venture into the fields of Telecommunication & ELV Engineering sectors that were actively involved in business for over 17 years, mainly concentrating on Telecom matters especially on Out Side Plant Projects for Telecommunication Infrastructures improvements and supply, Installation and Maintenance of Telephone systems & other peripherals, CCTV & Surveillance systems, Radio & Fiber Backbones and Renewable Clean Energy solutions.

We are currently rendering our services over 500 customers, offering corrective and preventive maintenance work, customer equipment facility enhancement and capacity expansions etc. Our customer base includes Government and private enterprises, Hotels and Banks, Apartments complexes inland wide. Furthermore, PACS's main assets are qualified, trained and experienced Technical work force and the well equipped workshop facilities.

We have among our compliment of staff senior technical staff, which were worked many years at Local & Foreign Telecom organizations, holding different positions in under foreign administrations and bring with them a rich source of expertise. Our collective effort as you would note therefore carries plenty of high level skills and is our strongest asset. We consider this as our very special advantage over competitors.

Since 1996 we have been executing major telecom projects to Sri Lanka Telecom PLC for their telecom network development projects island wide.
